3. Can I cancel or change my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We'll be happy to accommodate your request.

6.Why can't I see my preferred time slot when booking?

If you don't see your desired time slot available, it may be because someone else has already booked it. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

 

7. Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

We're sorry, but deposits are non-refundable, as clearly stated on our booking page. However, you can reschedule your appointment instead of canceling to make the most of your booking.

 

8. Can I visit without an appointment?

While we do accept walk-ins, we highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure we can provide you with the best service and attention.
